If you are a student assignee of a bed in one of our residences, you can ask for the extension or to postpone the entrance to the residence to which you have been assigned until February 28, 2021.

The granting of the extension implies that the bed will be assigned during the course of the ranking of the bed.

The possibility to enter the residence in a deferred manner by February 28, 2021 is therefore subject to the verification of the availability of places. If not, you will be monetized the value of the expense you incur to stay at a different residence - to be proved by a rental contract or other useful document - in the period after 28 February.

When you can request the extension:

• If you are a student enrolled in the master's degree courses for the a.y. 2020/21 and you are waiting for a Bachelor's degree from a non-Piedmontese University or from a Piedmontese university city other than the city where you are staying;
• If you are a student with documented health problems that prevent you from entering the residence within the terms provided by the assignment e-mail we sent you;
• If you can document your participation in training activities (courses, internships, internships, etc.) that take place in a city other than the city where you have been assigned;
• If, as a result of provisions related to prevention and containment by COVID-2019, you cannot return to Italy or choose to follow distance learning at home;
• If you are attending a degree course that, due to prevention and containment measures from Covid 19, your University carries out distance education for the duration of the course or for a certain period of time. In this case you can ask for an extension limited to the period in which the teaching is carried out at a distance.

 
How can you request the extension:

You have to download the extension form on the website, fill it in, sign it and send it to inforesidenze@edisu-piemonte.it.

If you have obtained authorization for the extension, at least fifteen days before your entry into the residence you should send an email to inforesidenze@edisu-piemonte.it to confirm the availability of the bed.
