Can't open a ticket with PIN or User Code?
Open a ticket as an <External user - Guest>.
Make sure you enter your email address correctly!
An operator will take charge of your request.
Do you need to recover your PIN/USER CODE and/or password?
You must log in to the Online Services by clicking on Borse di studio posto letto ristorazione e contributi.
Then use the service Assistance that you find in correspondence of both PIN and User Code.
Don't remember the secret question?
Open a ticket as an <External user - Guest> and attach an ID.
