The final classification lists for the accommodation service 2020/2021 are published from 21 September 2020, at 12:00 (noon).
How to check the results
↘️ Access to your personal page of EDISU Online Services and, in the box <Scholarship, accommodation service, restaurant service> ("Borse di studio, servizio abitativo, servizio ristorazione") click on “Processed in the classification list” (“Elaborata in graduatoria”)
↘️ For students enrolled FIRST YEAR the definitive ranking lists are elaborated as specified on art. 11 par. 1 of Edisu Notice of Competition. The 15% of the accommodations are reserved to Extra-EU students, whose families reside in an Extra-Eu Country, and to students with international protection/stateless student;
↘️ for students enrolled SUCCESSIVE YEARS and for students enrolled FIRST YEAR Master’s Degree who apply as Benefits confirmation for Merit, the definitive ranking lists are elaborated as specified on art. 16 par. 1 of Edisu Notice of Competition.
↘️ Students who attend their courses in municipality with no EDISU residences will result eligible without hall of residence.

Students can result:
- WINNER (Vincitore)
- ELIGIBLE (Idoneo)
- ELIGIBLE WITHOUT HALL OF RESIDENCE (Idoneo senza residenza)
- EXCLUDED (Escluso)
IF THE RESULT YOU ARE ABOUT TO CHECK IS “WINNER” OR “ELIGIBLE” YOU MAST FILLTHE FOLLOWING ONLINE PROCEDURE WITHIN 24 SEPTEMBER 2020 AT NOON
WINNER: online acceptance
When compiling the acceptance procedure, students must select one of the following options:
- I accept
- I accept, with Option “Erasmus”: Students have to specify the duration of the mobility project, comprised between from 1st October 2020 and 30th September 2021 only. In any case, students will be assigned the accommodation.
- I accept, with Option “Renato Einaudi” (only for students who have won the accommodation service with the association “Renato Einaudi”)
- I refuse
Option Erasmus
During the compilation of the acceptance procedure with “accept” or “accept” with option Erasmus, students must rank all EDISU residences displayed according to their preferences.
It will be necessary to indicate the dates related to the period of stay, specifying the date of return: these dates must be comprised between October the 1st 2020 and September the 30th 2021. Periods preceding October the 1st 2020 and following September the 30th 2021 cannot be considered.
Please note that:
The period of stay abroad related to a mobility project for the academic year 2021-2022 cannot be considered; the period communicated to EDISU after 15 June 2021 cannot be considered related to a mobility project for the academic year 2021-2022 cannot be considered; the period communicated to Edisu after 15 June 2021 cannot be considered.
Option Einaudi
In case of Option Renato Einaudi (art. 33 par. 5 ) the list of EDISU residences are not available in the acceptance procedure since it is not possible to be hosted in anyone of Edisu residences.
Assignement
After the transmission of the acceptance Residence Office will send you a mail by the address noreply@edisu-piemonte.it with further instructions for the assignation of your accommodation.
Accommodations will be assigned according to Delibera n° 67 del 15/09/2017 del Consiglio di Amministrazione dell’EDISU, and according to the kind of student and the kind of room.

Students refusing the accommodation during the acceptance phase or failing to transmit the online procedure, will be considered as “Resident students” in order to determine the scholarship’s amount.
Expression of interest (for eligible students)
In the expression of interest, five options are available:
- I’m interested;
- I’m not interested;
- I’m interested with option “Erasmus” (for students who are going to attend an international mobility project. Students have to specify the duration of the mobility project, comprised between from 1st October 2020 and 30th September 2021 only);
- I’m interested with option “Collegio Renato Einaudi”.
Option Erasmus
Students who select the option “I’m interested” or the option “I’m interested with option Erasmus” must rank all EDISU residences displayed inside the procedure,
During the compilation of the espression of interest, in case of the Option Erasmus, students must rank all Edisu residences displayed according to their preferences.

Students selecting the option “I’m not interested” during the expression of interest phase or failing to compile and transmit the procedure, will be considered as “Resident students” in order to determine the scholarship’s amount
OUTCOME of expression interest
At the end of the expression of interest, on September 29th 2020, on your personal page of the Sportello Online, the OUTCOME OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST will be published with the various distributions that will be made in case of remaining posts.
Students who declare their interest in an accommodation but who are not called will be included in the one of three following ranking lists (FIRST YEAR, FIRST YEAR EXTRA-EU with family in a Extra-Eu Country and with international protection/stateless student, SUCCESSIVE YEARS)

You are excluded
If you are EXCLUDED it means that we have ascertained the presence of one of the conditions (non-admission or exclusion) provided for in art. 3 of the Notice of Competition
Attention!
IF YOU ARE EXCLUDED ONLY FOR LACK OF MERIT REQUIREMENTS, WE REMIND YOU THAT BONUS COVID CREDITS HAVE NOT BEEN INCLUDED IN THE RANKING; THESE WILL BE COUNTED INTO THE SPECIAL RANKING OF DECEMBER 18, WHICH WE WILL PUBLISH ONLY IF FUNDS REMAIN AVAILABLE AFTER THE DEFINITIVE SCHOLARSHIP RANKING OF DECEMBER 15, 2020. Students excluded for lack of merit requirements in the rankings of 21 September, if they will be included in the rankings of 18 December and if there are places available, can be hosted in the university residences at the end of the scrolling rankings. Otherwise, they can receive the gross amount of the scholarship if they have certified the house rental contract within the terms provided for by art. 8 of the Notice of competition or at the pages 43, 44 and 45 of this brochure.
